Q. I get an error message that says '429 ACTIVE X camponent can't create object'. What do I do?
A. Sometimes, the instpurchase-softwaretion has problems. You will need to uninstall the program and remove all shared files. Then, you should do a find on your hard drive for a file called dao350.dll, and delete it. Then reinstall the program. Some systems simply will not install the program properly. We are working on determining what causes this. Following these instructions usually fixes the problem.

Q. Why can't I enter 'Present' in the date field in the experience section?
A. This is something we hope to have fixed on the next version. In the meantime, we will gladly manually fix your HTML resume if you are a registered user. Registered users can send their resume as an attachment to support@paraben.com. Be sure to explain exactly what you want changed.
