Q. I registered the program, but it won't accept the registration code you sent me.
A. In order for the registration code to work, you will need to enter 'Paraben Customer' in the name field of the registration screen.
Q. I can't seem to print, even if I follow all the instructions in the help file.
A. The problem is most likely the printer driver. Epson printer drivers for
the x60 series printers (and some others) have been updated to solve this
problem. You can download the updated driver from the Epson web
site.
