Q. Do you offer your programs on CD-ROM or diskettes?
A. No. We specialize in online distribution of shareware. We will provide a CD-ROM only if you order a multi-user license of one of our programs.

Q. Can I distribute your programs?
A. Yes. Shareware is designed specifically to be shared amongst PC enthusiasts. You can distribute the trial-versions of our programs without our written or verbal consent. However, you may only share or distribute the trial versions of our programs.

Q. Does Paraben offer refunds?
A. No. Shareware allows users to try the program before they buy. If you encounter difficulties with the program before you purchase it, chances are that you'll encounter the same problems afterwards. If you enjoy the program before you purchase it, you will enjoy it after you purchase it. The exception to our refund policy is if we do not provide the registration code within the specified time period (24 hours from the time of purchase with the exception of Paraben's Financial Calculators and Paraben's AdStopper). This exception to Paraben's refund policy is limited to the accuracy of the user's contact information and reliability of the user's e-mail system.

Q. Does Paraben offer support over the phone?
A. No. We do, however, offer registered users support through e-mail. Visit Paraben's Support Center for more information.

Q. I ordered a Paraben program through regular mail. How long should I expect to wait to receive a code?
A. You will typically receive your registration code within 24-hours after your funds have been verified by our bank. Orders that do not contain an e-mail address may not be fulfilled.

Q. I reside outside of the U.S. How can I purchase a Paraben program without using a credit card?
A. Paraben accepts international postal money orders only, drawn in U.S. dollars. Please be sure to include your correct e-mail address with your order.

Q. I have a free email account. Is there a way for me to register online?
A. Yes, there is. Using ProPay.com's secure online shop system, you are able to register online, even if you only have free email address. Only thing you need to do is to send an email to sales@paraben.com with the name of program you would like to register, number of license, and your full name. Our sales team will contact you via email and give you further instruction.

Q. I have hard time using your online registration store. Is there a phone number I can call in to register by phone?
A. Yes. Please call Qwerks.com at 1.888.282.5887 during 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. MST. They will take care of your order over the phone.

Q. I would like to use my business check to register your program. What do I need to do?
