Examiners now have a new tool to use with Device Seizure. Paraben's clonable SIM cards can be used with Device Seizure v4.1 or later to clone a subscriber's SIM card. You can either use an existing SIM and have Device Seizure extract the ICCID and IMSI numbers or you can obtain these numbers from the provider. By only allowing these numbers to be cloned, the handset believes the SIM is the original SIM yet it does not contain the final numbers which makes it impossible to send or receive calls or data across the network. This is now a common method to insure a device is not on a network during processing.
Please note that these SIM cards can only be cloned using Device Seizure v4.1 or later.
