We give our customers the choice of shipping through the USPS or FedEx. Shipments usually are sent within one business day of the order. We recommend using FedEx for any Hardware purchases. Orders shipped by USPS do not have tracking numbers and cannot be guaranteed for proper delivery. Orders received after 1:00 PM MST can take up to 2 business days to ship. If overnight shipping is not available for you upon checkout, please call 1.801.796.0944 to see if overnight shipping is available for you. Please note that the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees incurred in shipping.
Software Returns
Customers can return unopened software within 30 days of the original purchase for a full refund only by contacting Paraben Customer Service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Software that has been registered by e-mail or through our registration site at http://register.paraben-forensics.com is considered to be opened and cannot be returned. Paraben does not pay for return shipping costs.
Hardware Returns
Hardware is guaranteed to be defect free and will be replaced at no charge if returned within 30 days and found to be defective due to a manufacturer defect. Any hardware returned within this period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items damaged by the user may not be returned for a refund or replacement. Defective hardware may only be returned by contacting Paraben Customer Service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Paraben does not pay for return shipping costs.
CSI Stick Returns
The CSI Stick is guaranteed to be defect free and will be replaced at no charge if returned within 30 days and found to be defective due to a manufacturer defect. Items damaged by the user may not be returned for a refund or replacement. Paraben cannot guarantee the CSI Stick will work with any given phone due to the fact that phones can easily be damaged, flashed with firmware, have internal modem failures, etc. Paraben also cannot guarantee any specific type of data can be recovered from every supported model as variations in supported models may limit the type of data that can be acquired. Due to these reasons, the CSI Stick cannot be returned for any reason other than manufacturer defect. Defective CSI Sticks may only be returned by contacting Paraben Customer Service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Paraben does not pay for return shipping costs.
StrongHold Box Manufacturer Warranty
Ramsey Electronics warrants its RF Test Enclosures against all material defects for a period of 1 year from date of delivery including all parts and labor. |
